- Delivery times

Orders are processed as soon as they are placed, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 16:00.
Orders placed after hours or at weekends will be processed on the next working day.

The standard delivery time for our products is 1 - 3 working days from order confirmation.
Please note that this time frame may vary depending on your location and product availability.
During holidays and sales, delivery times may increase.

- Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.
Delivery is handled by our fleet of vehicles, please call for delivery details.
Physical delivery is door-to-door (free delivery applies to delivery from the Art Flame warehouse to the front door of the customer's building.
We note that for residences located in multi-storey buildings, by 'building door' we mean the main entrance door to the relevant complex, located on the first floor of the building).

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start the returns or exchange process.
