Payment methods

- Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment by cash on delivery must be made in full at the time of order delivery. If the products are delivered by courier services, the amount will be handed directly to the delivery agent. For deliveries made by Art Flame SRL’s own fleet, only cash payment is accepted upon receipt of the products.

- Card Payment

- Bank Transfer (Payment Order)

Payment by bank transfer is possible only based on the proforma invoice issued by Art Flame SRL, which will be sent to the email address provided in the order. The proforma invoice can be paid either at a bank branch or through an online home banking system, offering customers a variety of flexible payment options.
